International Women’s Day 2023

International Women’s Day takes place on the 8th March annually to celebrate the achievements of women, to raise awareness against discrimination and to inspire and empower us all to take action for equality and inclusivity.

The theme for 2023 is #EmbraceEquity.

This year, we interviewed members of staff from across the organisation about why women’s empowerment and gender equality is important and whether they feel women are equal to men in business. #EmbraceEquity.
